How your privacy is protected

Many trainees won't answer honestly if they fear their program can see their individual responses — and they're right to be cautious. So we built Resient so that can never happen.

Your program never sees your answers

Program Directors and GME staff can only ever see anonymized, group-level summaries. Your individual responses and scores are not visible to them — this is enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface.

Small groups are hidden (k-anonymity, N = 5)

Any group view must contain at least 5 responding trainees. Smaller groups are suppressed and shown as “not enough responses to display,” so no one can be singled out by narrowing a filter.

Only you see your own results

Your private dashboard, trends, and tailored resources are visible to you alone.

Reaching out for help is never reported

If a check-in suggests you're struggling, we connect you directly to confidential support. Your program is never notified about you specifically — they only ever see that a percentage of the cohort is in an elevated range.

These tools screen for well-being; they are not a diagnosis and do not replace professional care.
